DAY 6

STUDENT INFORMATION

*Show your support for Ukraine by purchasing an 'I stand with Ukraine' bracelet. They are $1.00 each and will be sold during lunch shifts as well as in room 120. All money collected will be donated to CORE response, a humanitarian crisis response non-profit that helps Ukrainian refugees.

*The community service club cereal drive is in need of your donations. Please help us reach our goal of 200 boxes of cereal by the end of our drive. Just grab a box from home and drop it in the collection bin in the cafeteria! Thanks for your support!

*To all 8th grade girls interested in playing soccer at the high school next year, please come to a brief 10 minute meeting on Tuesday, March 29th at 2:20 in the Galvin cafeteria to get information from Coach Martin.  Thank you!

*Attention 7th and 8th graders, Student Council will be hosting the first and unfortunately only Upper House Dance of the year on Friday, April 1st. Please get your dance contract filled out if you would like to attend. Tickets are $7 at the door. The dance is informal. School appropriate, comfortable attire is expected.

*If you want to support Ukraine, join some of our 5th graders and their parents. Come to Lake Quannapowitt on Sunday, March 27th from 2:00-3:30 to march and support Ukraine. (Our furry friends can protest too.) This will be a peaceful protest, make a sign to show your support and join us. Bring your parents and meet us at the Gazebo by the lake.

*We have quite a collection of lost and found items again. Please check the table outside the main office if you have misplaced something.

*Today’s Lunch: Lisa’s Pizza, and Fruit

*Review of Dismissal Procedures: If you should need to dismiss your student during the school day, please send your child in with a note, and have them report to the main office. We will log them in our dismissal book and give them a pass. This will help to alleviate disruptions to classrooms during teaching time. You can still email the teachers, however if that is all you do it may not be transferred to the main office. Also, if you just email the main office staff or Administration, due to the volume of traffic in the office in the morning, an email may not be seen right away. Thank you for your understanding.

*A gentle reminder, for the safety of all staff and students, parents should not be exiting through the parking lot after dropping children off coming from North Avenue. Parents need to exit the parking lot onto Armory Street. Thank you for your cooperation.

*Also, just another quick reminder, students should not be entering the building before 7:00am.

*If you have not returned the Emergency Contact Form, please do so as soon as possible. Thank you.
