For current students requesting school transcripts, please see or email Mrs. Rouvalis (firstname.lastname@example.org). When requesting your transcript, please include year of graduation, legal name, and the date which you need the transcript. Please note that while most times we can provide immediate turn around time, it can take up to 2 weeks for transcripts to be processed.
For recent graduates, please follow the instructions listed above. For all other Alumnus, the Town of Wakefield requires a $3.00 fee for the first transcript requested and $1.00 for any additional copies. Please print and complete this form: Request for Transcript. Remember to provide your maiden name, if applicable, and any other pertinent information we may need, then mail it with check or money order (made out to the Town of Wakefield) to:

For alumnus that are local, these requests can also be made by printing the form, scanning it and then emailing the Request for Transcript form to Ms. Rouvalis, the Guidance Secretary. Once the request has been processed, you may pick up the transcript from the High School and provide payment (cash or check made out to the Town of Wakefield) at the time of pick up.
