STUDENT INFORMATION
*Reminder: Term 1 ends this Thursday, November 9th. Make sure all your assignments are up to date. Let's finish the first term strong.
*Another Reminder: Wednesday, November 8th is an Early Release Day for Parent Conferences.
*Thursday morning we will have two Veterans Day assemblies. The Upper House will attend from 8:15-9:15 and the Lower House will attend from 8:30-9:30. There will be guest speakers, music performances, and special guests. We ask all students and staff to dress appropriately in honor of our guests.
*The Community Service Club will be hosting its first meeting this Thursday, November 9th after school in room 233. The club is open to all students. Students will participate in a variety of activities including, the school toy drive, coat drive, and running your own service projects. See Mr. Vaillancourt for additional information.
* If you have misplaced a lunch box, water bottle, or an article of clothing, please check the cafeteria for missing items.
PARENT INFORMATION
*Review of Dismissal Procedures: If you should need to dismiss your student during the school day, please send your child in with a note, and have them report to the main office. We will log them in our dismissal book and give them a pass. This will help to alleviate disruptions to classrooms during teaching time. You can still email the teachers, however if that is all you do it may not be transferred to the main office. Also, if you just email the main office staff or Administration, due to the volume of traffic in the office in the morning, an email may not be seen right away. Parents/Guardians MUST come to the main office to sign their child out. Students cannot just walk out on their own. Thank you for your understanding.
*A gentle reminder, for the safety of all staff and students, parents should not be exiting through the parking lot after dropping children off coming from North Avenue. Parents need to exit the parking lot onto Armory Street. Thank you for your cooperation.
