STUDENT INFORMATION
*7th and 8th graders should report to the same locations as yesterday for WIN Block.
*Homerooms 109, 110, 102, and 103 will be participating in Water Quality Testing TODAY. This is a rain or shine event. In the case of rain, water will be brought to the Galvin for testing. If the weather is nice, students will walk down to Lake Quannapowitt.
*Anyone interested in learning more about 5th/6th grade student council, the 1st meeting will be TODAY right after school in the 5th grade project room. The meeting will end at 3:00pm. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Shea in room 101.
*Reminder: TOMORROW, Wednesday, September 27th is an Early Release Day for students. Children will be released at 11:20. Lunch will be a Grab and Go after the bell rings.
*Two forms went home last week that need to be completed and returned to school. If you have not completed and returned these forms, please do so as soon as possible. Thank you. Teachers, when you receive these forms please return them to the main office asap.
* If you have misplaced a lunch box, water bottle, or an article of clothing, please check the cafeteria for missing items.
PARENT INFORMATION
*Review of Dismissal Procedures: If you should need to dismiss your student during the school day, please send your child in with a note, and have them report to the main office. We will log them in our dismissal book and give them a pass. This will help to alleviate disruptions to classrooms during teaching time. You can still email the teachers, however if that is all you do it may not be transferred to the main office. Also, if you just email the main office staff or Administration, due to the volume of traffic in the office in the morning, an email may not be seen right away. Parents/Guardians MUST come to the main office to sign their child out. Students cannot just walk out on their own. Thank you for your understanding.
*A gentle reminder, for the safety of all staff and students, parents should not be exiting through the parking lot after dropping children off coming from North Avenue. Parents need to exit the parking lot onto Armory Street. Thank you for your cooperation.
