PowerSchool Information & CORI (new form 2024)

You may stop by Tues/Wednesday from 9:30-12 starting Sept. 18th, 2023 for CORI's, please bring a copy of the front page of your license along with the form already filled out.  DO NOT SIGN IT.  You may also bring the form at pick up and sign it in front of your teacher or a Wakefield Academy employee.

PowerSchool Information:

Please note we are no longer using IPASS, we have a program called PowerSchool.  The district sent home instructions to each guardian for each child.  Here is what the district sent below.

If you need student confidential ID and student password, Please ask your child's teacher.

**CORI**

Please make sure you have a current CORI on file if you wish to volunteer.  

You may find the CORI on the Wakefield Public School’s website or see attached link:

Please do not sign the CORI form,  it needs to be signed in front of a Wakefield Public Employee (teacher, para etc.)  Please bring the form and a copy of the front page of your license.  The turnaround time is 2weeks.
